CIG has gone to great lengths to ensure that claims are handled in a professional and expeditious manner. Upon the submittal of a valid mechanic lien, the claims process begins. It starts with a basic investigation of the claim, submittal of all the supporting documents, and a basic understanding of why non payment has occurred. This process will typically take approximately 30 days, and claim payouts are made by the 45th day from submittal of a claim*
